Landing page, quote generator, and WhatsApp chatbot for a local electrical contractor.
Konakonke Electricals is a local electrical contractor based in Pietermaritzburg, KZN. They specialise in lighting installations, design, and maintenance. The business is run mainly by the owner, a skilled tradesperson who works on-site most of the day. He works with other contractors and freelancers from time to time, depending on the job.

The owner had no website. His only presence was WhatsApp. That meant every query, complaint, booking request, and quote came through his personal phone. He couldn't respond quickly while on-site. He was answering the same questions repeatedly. His responses were inconsistent. He had no way to capture leads or look professional to potential new customers.
He had a clear vision for his business. He just didn't have the time, budget, or marketing knowledge to act on it.
We designed and delivered three connected products.
A professionally designed landing page that gives the business a credible online presence and gives visitors a reason to take action. Not a digital business card. A page built to convert.
Embedded on the landing page. When a potential customer fills in their service request, they receive a personalised estimate automatically. The owner gets notified immediately. The whole process runs without him touching anything.
A customer service chatbot that handles enquiries, translates IsiZulu messages, records bookings, manages calendar events, and emails the owner when something needs his attention. Queries, bookings, and follow-ups all get handled without the owner being present.
The owner can now be on a job site and still have someone "on" for his customers. Leads get responded to fast. The business looks professional before a customer even makes contact.
He has a system that captures information and follows up, which is something that most small businesses lose money on every day.
The chatbot shares the quote link directly in the conversation.
Bookings are confirmed and logged automatically, without any input from the owner.
The chatbot understands IsiZulu messages and responds in English.
